Account Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Account Sales Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. Our client is the world's first AI-powered SaaS platform that offers tools for energy monitoring, efficiency, and carbon tracking. They provide smart solutions to the energy sector, enabling businesses to be more conscious and efficient at every step. By combining IoT technology, data-driven insights, and climate-conscious strategies, they empower businesses to achieve sustainability goals. They help companies create strategic roadmaps to achieve their sustainability goals through millions of data points in their platform and advanced AI.

In this role, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and grow and establish deep bonds with their customers through a sustainability and innovative perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy management needs.
  • Lead sales by promoting energy solutions, focusing on digital energy monitoring, efficiency optimization, and carbon reduction.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and deliver value to clients.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposal generation to engage potential clients.
  • Track and report sales metrics, identifying growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A degree in engineering (energy, electrical, environmental, or related fields).
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in global markets.
  • Ability to manage your own sales pipeline from scratch.
  • Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in establishing processes from the ground up.
  • Experience in global sales and opening new markets is highly preferred.
