Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a visionary Head of People to design and lead the next-generation HR strategy aligned with their ambitious global growth plans. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll build scalable, modern people practices from the ground up—shaping the company’s culture, talent strategy, and organizational design as it expands across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement strategic HR systems, including performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement frameworks.
- Lead organizational design and operating model transformation, enabling agility and innovation across functions.
- Build and elevate the employer brand and employee experience to attract and retain top talent in global markets.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute talent acquisition strategies across technical and business domains.
- Foster a culture of continuous development through scalable training, coaching, and leadership development programs.
- Drive workforce planning, people analytics, and data-informed HR decision-making to support long-term business growth.
- Lead initiatives that translate company values into everyday people's practices and behaviors.
- Ensure global compliance and operational excellence across all HR functions as the organization scales.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in tech or high-growth international environments.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing HR systems across Performance, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development.
- Strong experience in building structures and systems from scratch, with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for people, culture, and data-driven problem-solving.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
