As a Head of Growth, you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on customer acquisition and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Identify long-term strategic initiatives for sustainable growth.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives, promoting the company as a leader in its category.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to enhance demand forecasting and planning.
  • Enhance and maintain robust analytics and data tracking within the marketing activities. Provide clear and regular analytics reports to the leadership team.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, focusing on both talent retention and growth.
  • Experiment with new marketing channels, platforms, tools, and systems to identify effective strategies.
  • Manage paid media strategies and content initiatives to achieve key performance indicators.

You'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within growth or product marketing, preferably in a B2B company at a growth stage.
  • Proven track record of innovative approaches to customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability in rapidly expanding a marketing team with a high success rate.
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns.
  • Successful history of developing and executing impactful PR strategies with major media outlets.
  • Extensive experience in implementing and scaling analytics and A/B testing tools.

  • Exceptional writing skills with a sense for crafting messaging that successfully drive conversions
