We are looking for a visionary, passionate Unity Team Leader who wants to make a positive difference with new-age technology approaches for niche solutions in sports analytics.
Our client is building a new Unity Department dedicated to designing and developing captivating games and simulations using Unity and cutting-edge devices. As the Unity Team Lead, you will be pivotal in guiding a team of developers to work on simulation and gaming projects using Unity. Your responsibilities will encompass designing, developing, and maintaining engaging and realistic gaming experiences while addressing the simulation needs. You will also serve as the team's mentor and support system, ensuring their growth and success in delivering high-quality projects.
Your Role
- Directing and leading the Unity team based on technical requirements
- Ensuring coordination with various technical teams and business units
- Proper and timely execution of project plans for simulation and game projects
- Overseeing knowledge-sharing and code review processes within the team
You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Unity developer with 6 years of experience in game and simulation development
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a vital asset
- Strong proficiency in C# and Unity
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Role is located in İzmir and on-site, will be supportive for relocation from other cities
